After FestivALL became a summertime favorite in Charleston, West Virginia, organizers decided they wanted to make the magic last a little longer and began looking to add a second festival. In 2012, FestivALL Fall — soon to be renamed FestivFALL — was born. But if "a city becomes a work of art" during summer FestivALL, what would this new event bring to its hometown? With programming based around the changing of the leaves and the autumnal nip in the air, the new motto was evident:
